During festivaL, Elizabeth and Malcolm Ingram will be hosting a master class at the Charlie Pineapple Theater, 248 N. 8th Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Up to fifty students will learn a vocal warm up using the Linklater technique, listen to two seasoned performer/teachers offer their advice on approaching the text, and observe two scenes being worked by professional actors as Elizabeth and Malcolm coach them to enhance the scenes’ dramatic potential.

Elizabeth Ingram is the vocal and text coach for Shakespeare and Company. Malcolm recently understudied Frank Langella in the Broadway production of Match. Both are tenured professors with the Syracuse University Drama Department. Both have performed throughout the U.S. and the U.K. including a recent production (together) of All My Sons at the Actor’s Theater of Louisville.
